Inka Tea made from Coca Leaves

I was reading about a tea on Wikipedia's 'Cocaine' entry page that some health food shops in the USA were selling in the early 90's. The tea was supposed to contain decocanized leaves but it turned out they were still full of the active ingredient, coca, leading the FDA to withdraw the product from the shopkeepers' shelves. This got me thinking, so I Googled 'Health Inka Tea' and came up with this site:
Compras Perú: Inka Tea Bottle
It looks legit but so does any good scam and I can't find any references to it on Google warning against it or even really any mention of it anywhere on the web. I think it might be just too good to be true!
Anyone ever heard of it before or used it? Does anyone have an opinion about it?
