Infused popsicles

So I went to the territory last week to the Recreational Farmer's Market and while there noticed popsicles. I bought one and well...wow! Delicious. Pina Colada flavour. I have been searching everywhere for a recipe and can not find just what I am looking for. I also did a search here for 'infused popsicles' and got no results. So I am asking if anyone has any recipes for popsicles. Thank you for your help.

I would be using infused coconut oil if that helps.

infuse a simple syrup, flavor it, mix it it with water, bam. popsicles.
