Infestation

So would 82 grubs with in a 5 square foot planter be considered an infestation?
I've seen "Grubex" mentioned in a couple of other posts. Does anyone know if this stuff will kill the earthworms that are there as well?
Don't want to kill em but I will if I have too.
Grubex is not available in California. Anyone know of a good, proven alternative?

That’s quite a few, but it would depend on what the grubs (and whatever they turn into) eat!
