Indoor to Outdoor

I was wondering: what is the best/ least stressful way to move a plant outdoors to flower? I was planning to move my mother outside to flower. Blue Cheese in 100% coco. It's in a 4 gal, right now but was planning to transplant into 12 - 15 gal outside. Any suggestions?

It really depends on the contrast of temperatures and hours of light between your grow room and the outdoors. Gradually introduce your plant more and more to the outside world over a period of 1-2 weeks for the greatest success. Starting off in semi shady until your in full sun. Also if your growing in coco outdoors make sure your ontop of watering
