your main problem is over crowding, cut that hundred down to fifty and you'll see much better results for many reasons. The lights are too high up, see how those big buds are forming right under that light? They are having to stretch for light the entire time, at the very least get a good reflector, those big ass parabolic ones to cover that space better. Week 5-6 is no time to cut nutes, you'll find most plants will go ten weeks to get that final fattening you're after. Besides that something is definitely off about the whole thing, those plants are growing very raggedy. however I don't believe you'll see any real improvement until you cut your population.
