Indoor Snow White leaf problems

Hi,

I'm growing Snow White indoors with a 250W HPS on 18/6, it's their 3rd week and the bottom leafs in almost every plant are getting yellow, dry, pointing down and some even have some white or brown spots.

Any ideia what the problem might be?

Are you using nutes and checking ph, what about heat and humidity?

I'm not checking pH yet, I've been using Root Juice and Bio-Grow sometimes, used Leaf Coat once, the HPS is +40cm away from the top of the plants, humidity is usually ~45% and temperature around 24-27ºC (20-21ºC at night).
