indoor, possible nute problem?

ok so basically this is my first time growing.. i have 5 BC Thumper seeds (feminized) and i believe 1 out of the 5 is male.

anyway i was using aluminum foil as a reflector and started noticing (after reading up on it) yellow dots.. they kind of look like burns.
since then i have removed the aluminum foil etc. anyway i just need some help figuring out if it may have actually be the foil, or if its a nutrients problem.

they are 5 weeks old today and are being switched to flowering, light hours tonight.

ya i agree the cups arent right..i have proper 20-20-20 in the cups, however im buying bigger pots today..

also the dots havent really begun to spread or nothing.. so im thinking maybe crisis diverted?
