i have a 2 day old seedling under 2 40w cfls.
Just wondering if it will stress my plant if i put it under natural sunlight in the day time and under my lights during the night?
cheers

id say that if ur doing 24 hours not to bcuz it mite stress it with that much change, but if ur vegging 18/6 it will prolly be ok considering the sun is the brightest light ur gonna find lol but im honestly not sure, so dont go off just what i say, i hope other people put there input, good question

I am doing 24 hour light cycle with the plants going outdoors during the day and coming in at night.

They get exactly 10 hours of direct sunlight and then 14 hours of light under 320 watts of fluorescent tubes.

They are doing well.

Here are some pics at 1 month old:

well like i said, i dont know a whole lot about it but i figured it would be okay because all your doing is adding more lights, good luck on your grows

Well I have A couple plants of my own and my it was my first grow I did 24/7 and they all fried, I was gonna do indoor but it back fired so I ended up outside anyway, thats a diffrent story tho, any way during the day (befor daylight savings time) I put them out side and at night under the lamps I don't rember exactly what watt they were but I did somthing right they all turned out to be big bushy females. Unfortunatly, the grew slow for the first couple of mouths as a result.
Still good smoke:bigjoint:

i do the same... have them out during the day and indoors during night,
you can switch from 24/0 to 18/6 whenever you like just make sure that once you do go onto 18/6 you dont go back to 24/0
