Indoor Outdoor Plants

I have used this technique before and currently use it sometimes.
As usual i was thinking too much. i started wondering if putting a plant outside for 5-6 hours of sunlight then bringing it indoors under cfls caused stress. Does this confuse the plant as to how much energy to produce or take in? i probably am thinking too much.

Prob not...would jus be like cloud cover .
But then.....what do i know

what what i was thinking about what lumen intensity

direct sunlight has upwards of 10,000 lumens,

4 cfls only give off less than a fraction of that,

would it confuse the plant throwing 2 way different amount of lumens at it?

Not sure what the sun puts out but,
it depending on what cfl's u use .....

You're worried about nothing here my fiend. Give as much light as it can handle as often as you can. Your not going to trick the plant into dying.... I promise.
