One of the main things that differs all over the Globe is UVA/UVB. Most cannabis evolved either at high altitude, or near the equator, of which both have high levels of UVA/UVB.
Id recommend 32w Solacure Flower Power bulbs, and their F32 fixture. Requires 2 bulbs per 4 x 4 and 600w-650w LED Fixture, or 1x 1000w HID.
Ask the guy at Solacure about the best way to use them. He is very helpful.

i m a newbie at growing at indoors, i can grow only in the summer time where i live but 2 plants a year outdoor is enough for me
