Indoor lighting + Outdoor sun?

first time grower, right now i got lil seedlings under both indoor and outdoor light sources now .... i have an indoor light i bought, it says 150Watt Agrosun dayspot grow bulb i got from Hydrofram.com... also wondering if i should use this light... considering if i should switch to CFLs... opinion on that too please... but yea, i use the light at night and wake up in the morn or afternoon and move the pots outside in the sun.... is this ok? or should i change something? or am i doin something dumb? feedback plz!

uhmmm, i think you should jsut stick to either sun or cfl's IMO

a lot of people start in doors to get ready for summer and plant out doors later to reap the sun's power and lumens...becarfule going back in and out though because you can bring bugs and mold and etc.. in to your room..also because the sun is so powerful depending on how long you leave them out side you can start to flower when you bring them in side because your lights in side are to week to compare them to the lumens of the sun...so evean though your plants are under 18hrs total including out side or evean 24 hrs its to mutch stress....start in and finish out or stay out doors...

alright, ill switch up and keep it under lights for now... is that light i bought ok to use? or no?

ya its good for veg depending on how many plants you got...4 foot shop lights work great for veg to...
