im just asking this for future references, but is it common to find bugs on an indoor grow, and if so how do u kill them without chemicals?

Thrips, fungus gnats and spidermites are the big 3 indoors. Each has differences in how to control them with some commonalities. I would research control of those 3.

all i know is lady bugs are good, and how do these bugs get inside the house to he grow room

Neem oil is organic and will rid or prevent any of the pests mentioned

do they get to the grow room from your clothes or something, because i am still clueless as to how they get inside

Well idk about you but my house is not air tight...their the size of a ball point pen tip, how do ants or roaches get in your house? unless its sealed tight their is always a way for pests to get in
Yes they can be brought in many ways....pets, clothing, fruits, vegetables, etc.

my place has no pets, grow room is in the closet and i plan to keep my clothes far away from there so hopefully ill be fine
