Indoor air circulation question

I want to setup another grow room in my office space. It has 2 windows and the vent above the door.

My other rooms have a vent located at the bottom of the floor that’s where all the ducting for the ac system is. So I was just able to turn on the fan function of my ac unit, crack the window in my living room to bring in fresh air and the air is then pulled towards my laundry area where the ac unit is located then shot down below to The vents then onward to condition the house. This was a nice way to control my other grow room. But I ran into a problem, which is the office space not having the same vents located at the bottom. I was thinking of cracking the window but problems like light leaks and security came to mind. What do you guys think? Will I still have a good amount of air circulation without the vent? Seems to me that it’ll just pull out all the air in that room with minimal intake.

If you are in a room with all doors closed which is what it sounds like? You would want some sort of fresh air intake. At the very least have a couple fans in there just moving the air around
