IMO that looks no where near ready.
8 weeks of flowering??? Is that from the moment you switched your lights to 12/12?
Or from the moment they actually started to flower?
To me it doesn't look like you've had any significant swelling of the buds yet.

So depending upon when they started flowering properly which is around 7-14 days after switching.
You could be as little as 6 weeks of flowering which is my estimation. Meaning you haven't even seen the actual swell of the buds yet.
Relax, take a chill pill and wait at least 10days then post another picture for recommendations.
