Indica v Sativa

Very simple question
Why is indica supposed to be better for pain relief than Sativa

Because it has a different high.indika will make you sleep and relax your muscles lose will to live.while sativa will make your heart race panik and want to do stuff.

Look into terps and how each one is supposed to benefit and then pick a strain that is high in that profile

i dont agree with that sativas make you panic or make your heart race statement. i get the panic and discomfort from indica heavy strains usually. so it may be more personal than general. sativas will generally have energizing highs though i agree with that. i always get shit done in the house with my destroyer.

I was a huge weedhead for 20+ years (not as much anymore but still smoke). I could never really tell the difference. More bro-science as far as I'm concerned.

It is the effect of CBD on your system. incapacitated vs. airy high.

Whichever you believe works best works best. Placebos are awesome.
