Looks indica-dominant. Sativas have narrower leaves.

yeah thats what I thought next ima buy some good seeds. hope they make it to me for $50.00 for 5 seeds

You should be fine as long as you use one of the recommended seed banks(Attitude, Nirvana, etc.). Good luck.
