This is my first indoor grow. Nothing fancy, nothing commercial, just a little happy plant for personal use :hump:

Setup is 4 Verilux full spectrum T8s, A mixture of Garden&Bloom potting soil, gravel,Garden&Bloom chicken manure, worm...juice (from worm bin) worm castings, some nice loamy compost, John and Bobs organic soil optimizer, and some vegetative nutes (flowering ones later)

Heres the culprit:

Keeping my fingers crossed for a female! and if not, its a good strain so im keeping the pollen:weed:
Yay DIY! Hope this turns out OK. Ill keep pics posted all along the way! Thanks for looking!
:peace:bongsmilie

Thank you!!
I have all my lucky items stashed in the closet all around it. The soapstone pipe i made above the pot, bay laurel bow i made, owl feather, raven feather, stellar jay feather, deer skull, haha, im a creep.
but anyway, i wonder what I will name this strain... we'll see, maybe it'll give me a name when it grows up.

yeah if it doesn't jump out at you i'd wait - how's it comin on, got a taproot? what heat source are you using with germ?

ha each to their own! i personally keep my momentos mental, if that makes sense - but i dont think yer a creep lol

Today I went out & bougt some VF-11 & a pack of MG all purpose plant food. gonna buy some 6500k 26w cfl next week.
After ~24hrs in the paper towel I transplanted into soil. The tap root is just starting to show. I hav the pot about 5in away from the lights and set up some ghetto reflectors. Can't wait to see my potential her break surface!

Yea i currently have my pot about 3 inches from the light. its stacked up on some large boxes. That pic was just for show, and imagination. Current setup below.

Newest paraphernalia: nutes/ferts, 26w, 2700k, 82 cri CFLs (little one is 13 watt.) cloning gel!

The largest shelf below is going to be transformed into a flower room. The board dividing is able to move up and down, and I'll rig up some sort of plywood door. Stocking up on CFLs.

hey so i'm out of it and a little confused lol how long was she in the paper towel? did her taproot pop out and then you transplanted?

oh i'm super sleepy lol

Ah, I think I left that part out.

she was in for about 18 hours and then I put her in soil. Her seed hull is just now popping up above the soil. ITS ALIVEEE!!

ah ok, so you didn't germ in the paper towel? just left in there for a bit then popped her in the pot?

yay, life!! always SO exciting!

After a long treacherous wait of roughly 3 days, she's finally emerged!

Day 2 she peeked into the daylight:

And the next day she lives!!
and it appears that her first trues are already sprouting out even through the cotyledons havent separated yet

Day 4
Fan leaves opened up, starting to become the real deal! :)
Most definitely indica dominant. I was talking to it earlier today and it told me to name it Orion's Kush.

I don't know why rollitup wants to put my picture on the far right side... but ok.

Thank you!!!
The second set of leaves is showing. No stretching which is bomb. I thought there would be with T8s, but I guess not! I'll get pictures after my camera battery charges. If shes still around in ~march, I'll plant her outdoor. she'll get sooo big. That is, if I kept her on a vegetative cycle for 3 months....

Update!!
Everythings going as planned. She's still got a lot of food left in her cotyledons, so no nutes yet. rapdily getting bigger. Every day or so I leave her out in the sun for a few hours. its still sunny down here in cali!

The pictures are of the new growth and a size comparison to a standard cap eraser. I added this mini boulder to her soil so she could have company, and be proud when she dwarfs the thing.
Peace!
