inbreeding to maintain the same genetics?

Short and simple::: Oh yeah, and ive done TONS of research on this topic.

Anyways...

-Im looking to buy some regular seeds off of herbies with the intent to maintain the strain.

-If i buy a pack of seed and breed the males and the females from the same 10-seed pack will i be getting more of the same regular seed?

Yes ! ...but

in most cases you will in fact be reverse breeding(cubing) the pheno out

an example might be if you decide to grow an auto hybrid

the first and second generations go well, come the 3rd gen you may notice

of 10 plants germ 3 ain't auto, 3 are more sativa and three are more indica dominant

to correct this ..you stick with the plan and select only those plants that are similar to the original

you really need to know the original ..WELL!

pick an easy uncomplicated strain KC Brains afgani special is a good start, 100% indica and stable
