Are you in the actual inbox itself or just using the drop down feature ?
tje only way to remove an inbox message is by clicking “leave “ at the top of the message itself
For each individual message conversation
staff have no access to do this and it isn’t something our admin panel does

I'm in the actual inbox and the screen says "Conversations" and "There are no conversations to show" ..Oh well.
ThY doesn’t seem right at all
Can you send me screen shots privately so I can assist you further
along with what browser you are using or mobile
