FDD's opossum post made me feel obligated to post this. However, this guy wasn't such an issue as he is having.

I friggin reek of patriotism so much he came to me. Pretty cool, never seen one in the wild before. When he took off after loitering in my tree for about 45 minutes his wingspan must have been at least 6 feet. Awesome creature.

That thing could kick anyones ass, it was huge. I was about 30 feet away. Let me tell you, he was watching me VERY closely.
