In dire need of some advice

alright everyone I have a simple but complex q for ya. I have to find stones to grow my tomatoes in, and the only thing i have found local are tiny little brown stones, they are smooth and like the gravel you would get at the bigger size. if I wash them and clean them totally could I use these stones?
if not where would i get the medium that would be good? hope to hear back soon.
 
you are going to want a growing medium that hold a descent amount of water, is porous and easy to clean, you can't find any hydroton?
 
You can grow in any rocks..... the smaller the rock the less air the roots can get. Lava rock would be perfect..... Lowes, Home Depot, etc.
 
yes you can grow in any rock, but the heavier the rock the harder it is for roots to move through the cracks and crevests of the rocks, you want light rocks, lava rock is great very porous
 
It's not the weight... it's the size and shape that allows gaps of air between em. The heavier the rock, the bigger a plant it can support.

Roots can move buildings... what the fuck are you talking about?... They have problems moving heavy rock?!...... go check out a driveway that has a tree planted too close.

i live in reality everyday

a tree is a species of plants
marijuana/cannibis is a flowering plant

a flowering plant is not a tree, even trees with flower likeness are not flowering plants, even trees with the word blossom in it is not a flowering plant, therefore is not categorized the same as cannibis is

THEREFORE cannibis roots cannot be compared to tree roots, their strength and ability to move things in its growing area is totally different
 
You obviously have no appreciation for Mary Jane and because of that.... I just can't be bothered to appreciate anything you have to say about her.

Wow cant beleive no one suggested diamatacouis earth plants love it bugs hate it cannot live anywhere near it and helps with ph stability
