In and Out Question

Ive got a couple flowering for about two weeks and was surprised that these both ended up fems. Would these struggle taking out of the indoor tent and putting outside for the summer? Would the reveg push them back too much at this point. Choosing between doing this or using new clones for my outdoor run.

i personally wouldnt, i feel like it would end up all sorts of fucked up.

You can keep them in flower during the summer, as long as you have the ability to move them out and back in on the exact 12/12 schedule. I do it all the time and my plants always love the natural sunshine.

There is no better flowering light than the sun. Like Zephyrs said, you would need to keep the 12/12 schedule and bring them inside for the dark period or you run a chance of messing them up by revegging at this point. If your not a full two weeks into flower you may be able to reveg without issue, I've done it before. Although I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, because there is a chance a plant could herm later. This greatly depends on the genetics.

If you do put them outside and bring them back in, be very observant for pests before you bring them back in each day. You don't want to bring something like spider mites into your indoor grow area.

Be easy on letting them get full sun, they won't be used to it and may burn. Put them under a tree.

Very good point also Miyagismokes! Hardening any young/ or indoor plants is very necessary! My bad I shoulda mentioned that also, but another wise RIU member picked up my stoned morning, trying to help out Hay maybe if we all work together, we all be greater growers in the future

Sounds great. Think I will not freak em out and let them stay where they are... I’ve got clones going out so I’m in good shape.

Stick them in the sun. Thank heaven for it. I live in Interior Alaska and I am revegging 2 right now. Pinch off the flowers. Neutral feeding with equal amounts of grow, bloom and micros. Add some Great White or Mykos and cal mag every feeding.
