So heres whats going on. Ill give the entire story.
Nov 08' - I placed an order a attitude for 5 fem DP White Widow and 5 fem DP Blueberry.
March 14 09' - Germ 5 WW
March 15 09' - 5 sprouted, Planted in cups of dirt from my back yard (bad idea i know). Plants grow but slow. They are under 1 13w cfl (all I had).
March 28 09' - bought 400W mh from htg
April 7 09' - turned 3X4 closet into grow room. transplanted 3 plants into 8" pots with maricle grow soil (bad idea too dense, not enough air) and added blood meal to soil (bad idea=nute burn. guess I added too much, and with no cal/mag=stupid)
*Note* 2 seeds never grew because i planted them upside down (they were growing upside down but when i fixed them they really didnt grow)
April 7 - May 30 09' - I only used water (didnt have time to go to hydro store to buy nutes, also to note my hydro store is only open fro 1-4 each day) one plant almost died (leaves began to fall off) the other i had been LSTing and was about 12" in total length. Some lower branchs/leaves had died (yellow discoloration/dry)
May 7 09' - Removed maricle grow soil and replaced with "seed starting" soil from walmart. not the best but much better than the maricle grow crap.
*Note* one plant dies
June 1 - today - Been using Foxfarms GrowBig and BigBloom (medium strength) with tap water (ph<6)
The plant that was dieing has now retuned to full life and is producing beautiful fan leaves (also to note i try'd to LST this plant and bent the stem and it actually cracked, but is now after almost two weeks recoverd and not cracked)
The other plant being LST'd has survived very well. Since its stem is getting light from the Mh light the stem is around the size of a pencil, and very strong. After 2 weeks of growing with BigBloom and GrowBig it has grown more lush and green and its health is great. Some leaves have heat stress (had my ballast in the grow room, removed and heat settles around 80 now...Was 87-90) but otherwise the plant is healthy.
Heres what im worried about... Am i going to get hermies from these plants because I didnt do my best to take care of them at first?
I dont plan on flowering these plants, I want to make about 20-30 clones from them, and run them in a 36"X48" homemade res DWC... but im wondering if i should just flower them and once they are done start my Blueberry, and do everything the right way. BUT I already am about a month away from getting my clones from these plants. ...Its going to take atleast that and then some to grow my blueberry mothers for my next grow. ... So do you think its worth it to risk growing these 2 out and then flowering 20+ clones?
