So I have one plant that is in flower and its in a desk covered with a blanket and then I have more plants in the room next to the flower room and the door is always closed except for entering and exiting. The plant in the flower room just showed its sex and its a male. But its my first plant and the beg room is gonna be going for a while before I flower. So I was just gonna finish flowering the male just to see where it goes. Would this be a bad idea cause I don't wanna contaminate the other plants. Please give advice.

C B- Unless the male was your only plant-It's not-so you certainly will run the risk of knocking up the ladies. In 1 of my books it claims that male pollen can pollenate miles away in the right conditions. I'm not saying it can't b done just will cause a little extra work from U eg. wash or wear gloves -----I myself wanted seeds - what a mess! pollen everywhere-No I in no way consider myself a breeder-Heck I am just a noob experimenting :) Have a good one.

Kill the male! end of story... you dont have to sex the whole plant.. just make an envelope with felt and place it over a lower branch tape it shut... remove it @ night repeat for a week it will show sex and you can return it back to veg...
