And I was wondering if I stuck a dish to catch the water under my pot would the pot plant be ok sitting in the water for a few days...will the plant suck up the water??

You should be fine. Hopefully she will wick up the water before it evaporates. Just water it good right before you leave

Cool thanks...I noticed alot water runs out when I water her....And I have to water her every 3 or 4 days...She should suck up the extra!
