4 whats up with being a caregiver for people?:joint:

5 what do people not like about their current status/hidden fees/ b.s. ?:peace:

These are the laws right now my friend, Im gonna copy and paste it. BUT it says you can only have growing no more than a 60 day supply, which how are they to determine how much each plant is going to yield. Have your plants in a constant harvesting technique and make sure the approximate "bud" weight on the plant doesn't exceed your 60 day limit. Good Luck My friend. --------------------------------------- The Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Initiative allows for the legal possession, use, growing, and distribution of medical marijuana within Massachusetts. Patients who obtain a physician recommendation for medical marijuana may legally posses up to a sixty day supply of usable medical cannabis, use medical marijuana legally in their private residence, and obtain Massachusetts cannabis from a certified primary caregiver. Massachusetts marijuana patients are permitted to legally grow medical cannabis plants in their own private residence so long as the yield does not supersede the limit of a sixty day supply of usable product. Patients may only grow limited amounts of cannabis if their access to a medical marijuana treatment center is limited by verified financial hardship, a physical incapacity to access reasonable transportation, or the lack of a treatment center within a reasonable distance of the patient’s residence. Massachusetts medical marijuana patients may not sell medical cannabis to other medical marijuana patients, unless acting as a designated primary caregiver. A medical marijuana license does not guarantee immunity from workplace restriction on the use of medical marijuana; or housing restriction on the possession, growing, or use of medical cannabis. Driving under the influence of MMJ is prohibited under The Initiative. Massachusetts does not share reciprocity with other medical marijuana states. Potential Massachusetts medical cannabis patients should consult with a physician, or medical cannabis license registration company, to determine qualification to use medical marijuana in Massachusetts.----------------------------------
