im hopeless

So my blackberry sucked, then it broke and I used an old flip for a couple months. Now I have some galaxy s4? I don't know. They told me it was a lot better.... so I come on here thinking I'm gonna finnaly be able to get pics up but no, I click the button to select photos from my phone and nothing happens I also still have that notification but now I can read it and it say unapproved visitor message, seems that problems come up before? And my last issue, when typing a reply its stuck zoomed in, in the middle of the reply so I can't see what I'm typing. When I try to move and then type it goes back to center...I wish I could use a computer. Can anyone help solve one or more of my problems

the unapproved visitor message doesnt have anything to do withy our phone

as for the typing issues you need to play around on YOUR PHONE. i cant help you with that sorry, i am a samsung user myself sometimes it does it, but oyu gotta get used to the touch screen basically, try playing around on youre phone youll eventually get the hang of that ,
likei said we dont really offer mobile support we're all volunteers and to be honest, and ill be seriously honest im not going to go and learn every single phone and how to work riu on it for no money. :/ i mean i love to help others but i cant constantly go try out new phones lol

as you use the phone everyday you will get better with it,i promise, when i got my first smart phone a few years ago (iphone3s) it was very intimadating (sp?) and scary at first, but within 3 monthes i wondered how i ever used a regular phone. good luck, the more u play with it, the better you will be using it, sort of like sex
