after my disaster of a grow last time im gonna try again

i got 2 cheese in flower along with the unknown plant still

i had loads of seeds on my last plants so i chopped them early gave my m8 loads n im drying out the other its full of seeds so i expect it to be rubbish plus it was chopped early

i had a light leakage on my last grow what i didnt know about so during sleepie time they were been flooded with light, i only found this out by sitting in my grow wardrobe for 10 mins and the amount of light coming through was bad

so i boarded up a window in the outhouse and further light proofed my wardrobe

i will upload pictures later if anyone is interested in seeing them and thanks for reading and your help and interest in my previous attempt

goodluck annd i would like to see the cheese

here are a few pictures

i have put a layer of childrens play sand on the top of the soil because the unknown strain has little black flies in the soil, i read somewhere sand helps to stop the flies wether it does work or not is to be seen i just hope i aint messed up putting sand on top of the soil

the close up shot is the unknown plant taken a few days ago not sure on the sex of the unknown and in the group of 3 the unknown is in the middle and the cheese either side

i forgot to say all 3 plants have been tied down to the side of the pot to try and get more light firther down i havent bend any of the stems on these cheese the unknown got bent and nearly snapped by accident
thnx for reading

the sand is supposed to keep the larva from being able to emerge from the sand. your supposed to use coarse sand with square molecules and the buggers cant get out

good luck with your grow, all you can do is try again

Lookin great. So much of growing is trial and error. The longer you do it the better you will get. This is a great place to keep oneself motivated and constantly learning. I tip my hat to you sir, keep up the good work.

thanks for the replies guys
the sand seems to have done the trick with the little black flies not seen none for a day or 2 now

i repotted my last remaining clone i had in my greenhouse to a bigger pot, im gonna get some more cuttings of my m8's plant

i got permission of the bloke i get my cheese cuttings from to take a few pictures and post the plant up here

what he is going to do with the cheese is just let her go now, he has been bending and tying it down.

also he asked to ask any ideas on the kinda weight he may expect of her

a bit of an update
i think the unknown plant is a female not 100% sure though

im quite pleased how the cheese are coming on they are about a week apart into flower

the unknown plant dont look well though yellow leaves a bit droopy

the seeds what came of the jack plant when it went hermie are they worth planting or is it just a waste of time??

in the group of 3 plants the cheese in the larger pot is a week behind the other cheese in flower

cheers for reading
