im baking brownies ^.^..... please help lol

so this is the first time ive made hash brownies the hash and butter are currently simmering... but what temp should i cook my brownies at? ive heard 200 or more is to high i dont want to lose any potency. please help thanks in advanced.
 
you will want to let it cool so you don't cook the eggs with the hot butter. If your recipe calls for oil, use it cool but still liquid. If it calls for softened butter, let it solidify then come to room temp. Then you will be able to cream it together with the sugar. Liquid butter wont work as well for creaming.
