Are you in 12/12 already? If so don't mess with it the shock will screw up your flowering, if not read below.

Is it 2 weeks from seed or 2 weeks as a clone makes a difference. 2 week old seed no, 2 week old clone could be transplanted today the size of the pot is up to you, are you going to transplant it and than put it into flower in a week, 3.25g would be fine, if you want to veg it another couple weeks go 5gal, also what is the space you're working with, light you're working with?

lol that video. it is 2 weeks from seed. i have a 400watt mh/hps that i have on 75% power cause i dont have my cooled hood hooked up. 52inch wide area and 60inches long but im not using the whole area pretty much just using half of it since i have one plant.

I grow 4' - 5'+ plants in 3 gallon grow bags no problem.
If it's gonna be a mother plant then you would -IMO- go with a bigger container.

shit my plant is 3ft in a 3gal smart pot and shows no sign of rootbound although it could cry to be transplanted later on its gonna be a shitty day lol

I would recommend transplanting 1 week before you start to flower.

honestly you can probably go 4 weeks in solo cups (longer really) but 4 weeks would be a good time to transplant unless its just growing crazy.
