My main issue is transplanting I'm in 1 gal pots and plants are a little over a foot when should I change to 5 gal and how tall do I flower them I'd appreciate the help on this

Well bro, if it where me, I would've done had them in your "5 gln containers"!! That's just a wee bit big for a "1 gln" imho..
And if there a FOOT tall now, and you flower now, it really all depends on what strain your running! If its a "Sativa" and your "just now" at a foot tall, and wait any longer, your going to have 1 HUGE plant bro!! I had a 100% pure Sativa (still do) bean wise, I ran her to a foot tall & ended up with a girl that was damn near 7' tall indoors!! And if its a Indica, they 4 the most part will grow atleast a half more to right around another foot tall.. making the plant right around 2ft or so... Hope this helps..

transplant wen rootball has filled bottom of pot dude, if u put a small plant str8 into big pot they dont do much,,you gott make roots work 4 ya nd go looking 4 food,, thats how u get a healthy root system ,,as for flowering , it depends entirely on u m8 , wat is ur growspace / height .? u cn flower a plant at 3inches or 3m,,but u need 2 take in2 account space for slight stretching and ur buds / colas ,, u dnt wanna burn em if u run out of head room ( i had 2 learn this the hard way on 1st grow lol.) ideally u want lights about 12- 18 inch frm plant tops.(If ur using hps that is) wat system r u using ??? good luck m8y.

I have to beg to differ on that note bro... sorry.. check out my thread.. my ladies go from "2 gln containers" to "5 gln" and don't have a bit of problems..
done it for 11+ year this way, with no issues of plants not doing much.. they have "more room to grow".. why wouldn't they do more?? Lol~Dankster~420

Hey, I should've posted this up in my previous post, lol... This is pics of a strain my Dad had breed while he was living.. I ran it in a DWC system, I've also ran the same strain in soil. It did a lot better I would have 2 say in the DWC vs soil. Anyways, just wanted to show you pics of the run.. Just alittle "bud porn" for your thread bro..
