hey everyone, im a complete idiot. yes I am lol. ive been wondering why my buds arent as big as they should be im growing seedsman ww under a 600 watt hps. and wondering why my buds arent as big as I thought they should be. ive been using fox farm flowering nute big bloom and tiger bloom. and thought i was doing it right what i thought was tablespoons was teaspoons. wow i have 4 weeks left of flower and have used molasses twice so far and using it 2 more times this grow. so yeah I finally as of today am using the right amount of nutes. will my buds bulk up or is 6 weeks into flowering a little to late. im flowering for 10 weeks. so from now on ill be using the right amount of nutes and have 4 wees left and still using molasses, thanks for any input in advnace thanks:bigjoint:

Guessing your talking about the big bloom directions since it says tablespoons and the tiger bloom says teaspoon. If thats the case you were just short some big bloom. It's the organic of the 3, supplies the potassium source.. so at the very worst you might have some potassium deficiency.. looks like this

Just give it what its sposed to from now on and I'm sure it will be happy. Too little can always be fixed, too much can kill :bigjoint:
 
thanks dude. im just worried about buds being to small 4 weeks from now. i was messing up on both lol. you think they will bulk up by then
 
I wouldn't be too worried about your bud size with 4weeks to go, they get larger faster nearing the end of the flowering cycle.

Pictures would be nice though.
 
I can put some up soon so you can see I feel like they are a little too small. so im going to do nutes right from now on and use molasses 2 more times. and cross my fingers they improve a good amount. i also need to figure out something to put them on so I can get them closer to the light.
 
I'm happy with the size of my buds & i grow in coco, with A&B nutes (no flowering nutes). i got 2 ounches from 3 plants that were under a 150w bulb.

This time i've got 5 plants, a 600w HPS.. can't wait to see the results haha :D


Good Luck though man, and look on the bright side, at least there growing.. there alive.. and you aren't really facing any major problems! ;)
 
I just found A WAY to move the ladies 16.5 inches closer to the light. doesnt that help get the buds bigger more yield? and denser? or am I just misled lol
 
The closer the light, the more light absorbed by the plants, the further away the weaker the light, so in theory yes this is good for your plants, make sure it's not close enough to burn your plants though.

P.S: yes this SHOULD make your buds grow faster and larger.
 
sounds great man no I think they are fine I tested it I feels good I think they will be fine. Im hoping this helps out alot
 
If you put your hand under the light and it's comfortable.. doesn't feel like your hand is cooking.. it can feel "warm" but not hot..

Basically, imagine leaving your hand in the same spot for 24hours, in that position do you think your hand would be ok? if not then neither will your plants.
(Excluding the possibility your hand might have a new tan.. haha)
