With 2 girls in there, and a plan to scrog.. you will be looking at longer veg times to fill it out and maximize your yield, plan on that if that is what you're going for. But you could choose, quality over quantity and keep those plants right under the light and smaller.. so the buds develop under optimal lighting.. versus going big and filling things out to get more at harvest time.

Using twine to make your scrog, can add fibers and hairs into your bud later.. consider that, and change to a poly-synthetic type of rope/string so that no shedding occurs. Plastic is obviously bad to have in your buds.. but you have a much lower risk, versus any type of strings that are "hairy" and might shed fibers deep into your nugs later. Also go for not super small holes in the screen, and also not too large either.. make sure you use the screen and keep tucking the plants all the way to 2 weeks into your flip. If you do this, rather than let things grow through it early on.. you'll have a nice even canopy, and better overall experience with scrogging.

Keep water temp levels as close to 68f that you can, to water with. That temp level helps the plants take it in better, and too hot or too cold can cause slower growth or worse issues.. its not too sensitive, but if you can keep it close to 68f the plants will love it.

FFOF will take your plants all the way to flip without the need for nutes, in almost every case.. however, using 3gal. and having all that space to fill.. you may need to start sooner if you veg longer than 4 weeks.

Try not to train an early clone, to soon.. let them have a week at least to get rooted, and 2 weeks is awfully nice before you start giving her a trim.

Look up how to make cheap source of Co2. Like an ethanol bottle, or straw (hay) and mushroom spores.. white vinegar and Baking Soda.. any of those added in properly.. even at small Co2 ppm levels, will help your growth and overall grow. It will cost you less than 10$ in almost every case, if you make it.. and it will be so beneficial for your plants. Just research it a little.. you either want to draw the Co2 into the canopy (if you keep venting/exhausting) or let if fall down on your plants if the air is only circulating inside.
