I got the confirmation email that my card was charged. I emailed them in October to see if they got my info and they did. Now just patiently waiting!! Have seen a few people in September say they got approved and will get their card in 10-14 days. So we should be soon!

9/5 submitted online and was charged, was approved on 11/15 and should have my card in 10-14 business days from 11/15. I will post again when I get the card.Any September applicants with updates?

Both, I called all last week until I finally got someone. They told me Friday morning that my app was approved the day before. They also responded to my email later in the day, I had sent the original email on Wednesday so it seems it takes them at least a few days to respond to emails. Seems to me its still taking them over 10 weeks to get to applications since I submitted mine on 9/5 and it was reviewed and approved on 11/15. So far they've been approving the same range (1800-2200) post background checks as they did before background checks, 2400 in the August report with background checks. If more people actually are applying and they're not lying many had better hope provisional access happens soon because the state sure isn't moving faster with less to do.I emailed them. Finally decided to call DPH at the 855 number. I tried to email a few times but never got a response. Had to call a few different times, but around 3:48 it went straight to a live agent who answered. She told me that she couldn’t give me a status update but would be happy to take a look for me. After I gave my birthdate she informed me that my card has been approved and sent for printing and I should receive it within 10-14 days.
My timeline:
Application received and card charged: 9-7
Informed app was approved: 11-19
I’ll updae once I receive the card in the mail.

I signed up through innovative express Sept 13 card charged 24th. Anyone else go through innovative? If so how was the wait time from visit to getting card?
Count me in as another Innovative Express patient on a similar timeline: application received/card charged 9/14. I don't intend to contact IDPH for an update -- I have reasonable confidence that my approval is imminent, and that I'll have a card in hand within a couple weeks (if not sooner).I did! 14 days behind you ! I am sitting back , watching the posts !!Broke down and tried calling in today, and got through. They haven’t gotten to my app yet, so it looks like they are processing apps in the beginning of September and haven’t gotten up to the 20th yet.
