Extra trimmers on hand or elec..
Dehumidifier/good regulation
Racks,screen,corrugated whatever to dry.
Gallon mason jars..
Boveda packs
A room to do all this, no light..
Really the same as a small harvest just that much at once means you have to hurry and get it done, dont let it over dry trying to trim yourself.. and enougj space for it dry properly, good airflow

one of these..I've hand trimmed up to about 1.5lbs by myself before..never again..I have also used hair clippers at one point. If you do that get a replacement head for it because you'll have to swap them and clean it in alcohol or they get all resined up and jam, they aren't perfect but they work

Hand trimming is shitty.
On some of my heavy sativas i can only get done a qp to half lb a week.
I do have other things going on. But im talking 10's of hours bro. Ive done a qp a day, and that really sucks. All day really, depending how perfect you want em
Imagine working all day. Only getting a qp or so done and you have 20lbs left. Lol, you wont get it done in time.
I dont care for the look and feel of elec trimmed bud, many dont care..

No never used one. My local shop has a hand crank one for like $150 I was thinking of trying, if it works I'd spring for a powered one. I want to do a little more reaserch on them, i think i could make one.
I've heard this from some people as well, it kinda bugs me. I realize bag appeal is important, but too many people put too big of an importance on it. I had got a great deal awhile back on some brownish, kinda stringy looking weed( heavy sativa) that no one wanted to buy, but it was WAYYYY more powerful than the pretty green/orange haired buds he also had at the time. Most people wanted the better lookin stuff..
