If ur soil ph meter......

I have pics under my profile & in my old posts. Im really in a rush and state of panic trying to figure out what to do if soil ph meter is saying the ph levels r 2 higj in soil. Im pretty sure i have a nitrogen buildup which is slowing further growth. My plants r huge 7 foot sativas silver star haze yhey have been in flowering for two months almost & as of the last 3 weeks little if no further bud growth has occured. So my? Is do i flush and uf so with 2 tbspn of sugar per gallon as suggested in another post.

They have pistols all over in many areas but thevplant hasnt yet started to really grow buds. At first i thought they were sativas andbit just takes time but u should see change to some degree other then this. I was thinking aboit buying floraclean to flush the plants with or is sugar okay.
