If seeds take longer to germ, will they take longer to grow?

Does anyone notice a correlation between germination time and growing time after planting?

Well when I got my aurora indica seeds they took about 3 days to germ and it did take them ages to actually move on to the vegetative state from seedling.
But then they took off

If seeds take longer to germ, will they take longer to grow?
