The governor of Louisiana has asked the President not to come as the security necessary would impeed flood efforts. The candidates were also asked not to come if they were just doing it for photo ops. So of course, TRUMP! flew down, unloaded a truck full of Play-Doh for 15 minutes, signed some autographs and posed for photos - and promptly left.
