if an under 1 ounce charge in massachusetts goes to court will cop show up?

they get paid overtime to appear in court, I don't know why they wouldn't. Most cops over here don't even charge you if your smoking or possessing a small amount.

shit im fightin a case right now monday i have docket call for possesion it was 2 grams of some dank buds and i got charged with 2 grams to 2 ounces they offered 90 days in jail to a years probation and 600 fines and 300 court cost

See, that shit's fucked up. I can't believe it's not even decriminalized everywhere. I couldn't live in a place that bat-shit crazy that they would want to waste money incarcerating stoners.
 
yea man whats even more fucked up is the town is a nowm meth town their da got popped a few years back for it big deal o well im tryin to get it thrown out on racial discrimation if i have to take it to higher courts i will they aint fuckin me
