I use GH floranova both grow and bloom.
I also use GH maxigro and maxibloom.
I am getting good results.
I need to streamline things so I am thinking of Using only Floranova start to finish getting rid of the others.
Many European nutrient brands including canna use a 5-4-3 npk for CoCo with the thinking CoCo needs low levels of K.
When mixing CoCo 50/50 with perlite or clay pebbles how important is it to even use CoCo specific nutrients? Does this mix make CoCo less in need of extra calcium and magnesium, and able to take more K?
Would I be better off using a hydro nutrient or a CoCo nutrient when my medium is around 60% perlite and clay pebbles?
I would like to try Veg+Bloom HD or megacrop but the levels of K seem very high for CoCo...
I have noticed that there are more nutrient makers now with something close to
1-1-1 as a base... For example Mills and Plant Magic. When I Use Floranova bloom 4-8-7 plus Cal-mag it comes out to be close to 1-1-1.
The problem is they all seem to work. Please chime in on what the best NPK is for half mixed CoCo DTW.
