humidity can affect a couple things, the higher the RH the less your plants will take "drinks" of water, ideally id say 45% is the number to shoot for but dependant upon strain as ive had sativas that loved around 65% and indicas that got droopy past 55%.

aim for 45% as thisll help control mold and moisture stress overall.

Different strains require different conditions........but between 30% and 50% is good.GL.peace

I run 50% at start of flower and decrease it slowly till it's around 30% the last 2 weeks. Get's them nice and sticky.
