Hey guys I'm just setting up a new grow dresser and would like to know the ideal temperature and humidity for veg. My plants are 2 weeks and 2 days old. And are massive there on a 24 hour light schedule and I just bought a timer so I am going to switch to 20/24 just want to know if this will stress the plants at all thanks.

Wont stress them nope... Ideal temp is 77 but anywhere from 70-80 will work.. If your plants are massive flower... They will double in size when u flower

Ideal heat, as was said, is somewhere between 70 and 80. Fluctuation outside those parameters is acceptable, but should be minimized. My room regularly gets up to mid 80s when it's warm outside. No plants have revolted, but managing other conditions helps too.

Humidity for veg probably shouldn't be a whole lot below 40-45, and not above 60. Mine bounces around but remains within that range and as of yet, no major plant uprising or Coup d'état.

I prefer an 18/6 light cycle for veg, but a 20/4, 24/0, etc schedule will also work. As with many factors, it comes down to your grow style, your personal preference and comfort level, and of course what your particular plants respond bet to. Giving those ladies a few hours sleep at night (whenever you decide "night" will be) will certainly not stress your plants. I think they'll appreciate it.

Happy gardening
