I wonder how good people are at telling what the problems is

The leaves are very dark green, why?

Insides of the shoots are really yellow, why?

Bit of curl on the new shoots.

Most of all, what should be done to fix it fast?

Its either Sulfur deficiency... or its a temperature issue. Is it getting on the chili side at night and then really warm during the day? It could be due to the cold... but if its a Sulfur deficiency, try this: mix 1-2 teaspoons of Epsom salts per gallon of water until condition improves.

There shouldn't be any deficencies at all...it's a seedling and it recieves ALL it needs in the cotlydon's. After they wither up and die THEN it's time to start feeding them...which is also the begining of the vegetative stage.

Haha, not growing in rocks, it's just really lumpy potting mix with dry bit on top.

A bit of history...

It wasn't getting much light for ages - well it was but LEDs suck. It's under hps now - 24/7. 250W about 1 foot away. Doesn't feel too hot with my hand.

Temps are fine now, around 20-21C

It had some seaweed fertilizer + granule fertilizer.

Soil was seed raising mix, probably very low nutes, repotted yesterday in the very rich lumpy potting mix.

Treating for sulfur deficiency - I have no idea if I should treat it for that. Any other opinions?

My guess why the leaves are so dark: Nitrogen Toxicity

From: GROWFAQ

Not sure why the inside is so yellow though, or why the leaves are curled slightly.

Get some better soil...looks like it's not that good for growing.

Leaves should look green like that...it's the yellow that isn't good.

The plants have only been in that soil since yesterday when I repotted. I can't change that now, although the new sprouts that are coming up will get something different.

oh if you repotted I read my Kick Start and it says that its good and will help with vigerious root growth when you mix with water and water when you have your plant in its new pot , low nute level , 1-2-1 so it will be safe for young plants

I have thes in my other thread but anyway, it a good comparison now.

Pics showing the difference of fertilizing...

This one only had some worm farm liquid that collects at the bottom. Pale and stunted.

This one had a bit of seaweed fertilizer, high nitrogen. Most healthy, but a little pale.

This one had the seaweed fertilizer plus some granule fertilizer. It was too much and burnt the plant, but look at the dark green. They leaves are also a bit shiny, not sure what that means.

The stems of the fertilized ones are twice as thick as the top one. All repotted yesterday.

Do a no nute PHed water flush to clean out the soil to help stop the damage because if there's to much nutes in the soil then a type of salt will form and cause nute lock out thus making it seem your plant isn't getting enough nutes and you keep giving it more nutes thinking it will fix the problum but it will keep getting worse

I flushed out the dark green one pretty good when I repotted yesterday, bit that granule fertilizer will probably hang around for a bit. Should I pour some more water through it?

You have a very very slow releasing nitrogen supplement and it is overdose when it hits.

Quik release N will be good but might hurt the older vegetation.

My opinion.....
