Man I read a few months back about your goverment increasing penalties and crap on marijuana posession. Coming from a colony that started by prisioners I find it challenging to understand how people can think that way. Hey...I would rather live in a country that started with convicts (people that stole bread to feed their family) rather than a country founded by some delusional christians.



Still decriminalised here in South Australia though (which BTW had at one time more hydroponic shops per capitia than BC).

I feel sorry especially sorry for the countries that jail people for very small cannabis offences, e.g. the 14 year old in Bali that could possibly go to jail for 6 years for 1/4 oz...

I party'ed and worked/lived in Ayia napa, Cyprus for a few months this summer. There lenient with most things drugs was certainly not one of them!

Couldn't get weed out there and if did come across it be so expensive!

South Australia is the place to be if you want to buy weed but for growing purposes it's the worst state to be in. We have the strictest laws around purchasing hydro equip having lights, filters and water pumps being made illegal but if you're caught buying MJ or having MJ for personal uses (less then 1 ounce or 1 plant) then you get given an on the spot fine for $200 or less and no court or anything.
