totally worth the money. awesome awesome insanely intense out of control movie that seemed so real it was freaky :blsmoke:

It's SOOOOOO not a whale. I saw the movie. It was awesome and way to realistic for me while blitzed on Shiskaberry. Totally worth the money. Go see it. It's more like a praying mantis, mixed with a sloth, and a raptor.

LOL yea I know that's exactly what I said after the movie. "It totally wasn't a whale"
I was pretty ripped as well when I watched it so that could be why it was so awesome :blsmoke:

I was completely stoned.....and I didnt enjoy looking at the floor and their feet while they ran for half the movie....

And the first 30 minutes when he is learning to use the camera drove me even crazier....

I know they were trying to be original and it was a cool effect but I have to say they really overdid it.

Well the whole point was to have that first person feel to it. They literally handed the actors a camera to use and I think it added a whole new level to how realistic the movie seemed. Sure the shaking got annoying but I mean come on, don't you think that it was extremely realistic in the sense that if someone was holding a camera they wouldn't be trying to get the best picture or trying to keep it steady. He was trying to run away from a ton of shit while filming the event.

Yeah but at the party i nthe beginning for example....who the hell doesnt know how to point a camera and atleast keep it half steady....

and then there were a few scenes where they were really trying to focus the camera and keep it kind of steady....I still couldnt see shit.

Yes it was a cool effect I said this but I think they overdid it juuuuuuust a little.

also the sotry had 0 depth to it...actually there wasnt really any story at all....

guy loses girl, wants her back, they make some bad judgment calls....boom boom the end

At the party, the guy didn't want the camera job which sorta explains why he didn't take it seriously. And there wasn't supposed to be any depth to it. It was supposed to come off as a recap of events that took place and were captured on a home video camera that was found after the event took place. There isn't much explanation because no one in the movie knew what was going on, except for the bite part because you can assume they saw others do that, so the guy who feels semi responsible for his crushes fate gets the balls to go and try to rescue her because he already lost his brother. XD

But yeah, it seems like one of those movies you either love or hate. :peace:
