i want to use tap water but its 345ppm and i boil it it stays the same,pluse why do my plants look like they got white dust or hair on them there only like 1 week old buy doing great i think for my first time?

I use tap water, but run it through a Brita filter and leave it out overnight. I never bothered with pH or ppm, and plants are almost 2 months old and no problems yet.

no but now my leaves are turning yellow. i got sensi grow a and b jumpstart,carbo load ,heavy harvest summer,and piranha with distiled water and rockwool and the a weed old i have a mh 250 temps around 84 hum like 48 the showing four little leaves but why the yellow on there leaves? and they look like they got some kind of powder on them?

Its not gonna change when you boil it...

Your water is what it is.... You will do best by filtering it through a hook on filter for the facet, and then letting it sit for a week.

It would be best to do this in large quanities and store it in a Trash Bucket.

Should lower it to below 200.
