my plants as I haven't got the room to grow a big one. When should I start judging from the pictures below. I'm thinking i still have a while to go yet but i'm not too sure.

Ya have some time yet. Looks like its doing good. Technically you could start now. I would wait until its taller so ya can tye it down easier.

lsting is the way to go indoors. It makes no sense not to do it.

i agree theirs no reason not to lst the goal of the indoor grow is to have the canopy all at the same hight so your light is more efficiant and you can get a lot of herb from one plant
