You could do something like this to get 400w at around 50% eff. You could make it fun and mix CRI and colour temps.

Horizontal/perpendicular length would be around 11.2cm and diagonal length around 15cm.

16 cobs in that area would sure kick out
i am not near the unit now
to see if i can hack at the heatsink..i doubt the layers are bolted together
if i could hack em in 4 i could make a spread out system..
and led boards are not shabby either as those quantums show..

if i could delaminate the heat sink " leaves"..[ guessing they link together in assembly]

i would have 6 or 8 or 12 rectangular sinks that looks about 10" x 15"

there seem to be 24 of em

i could mount strips or cobs and spread them out..for a 480 w.,,"whatever"
