The only "sign" that matters is trichomes (crystals). Go get a handheld microscope. No one on this site, or any other site, can answer when your plants will be ready without checking it with a microscope.

google is your friend, my friend. trichomes are the most accurate way of telling when i plant is ready. i like to chop at about 50/50 milky and amber. After a couple grows you may be able to tell just by looking, but trics are still the most precise. invest in a 20x-30x microscope and take a peek!
