Isolate it from any other plants you have as they may indeed be female. While the pic is a little grainy and out of focus this male looks to be mature enough to release pollen and could pollinate females. Be careful and try to clean up your grow room with a hepa-type vacuum cleaner and wipe down the walls thoroughly with a mild water+bleach solution. If you see pollen flying grains flying around (looks like yellow dust) if may be too late and the entire grow could be compromised.
